Come join in Bernadine Fox’s ‘Expressive Arts’ group. Use a variety of mediums and create whatever you like in this fun, open and inclusive arts class.

The Expressive Arts Group is a program of the West Coast Mental Health Network.  There are about 30 members, men and women, who meet (on a drop-in basis) every Monday afternoon to play with paint, make collages, use mark-making tools, do print-making and/or sculpting.  Membership in the WCMHN is required.  However, the process of joining is simple and there is no fee for becoming a member.  No previous art experience is necessary is participate in the group.  We operate on the belief that engaging in creative activities is physically and emotionally healing.  We provide art materials, instruction (if needed and desired) and support in a creative and safe atmosphere.  Free.
